Overview
Phoebe became a tenant at St. Mary's Chambers in 2026 after successfully completing her pupillage under the supervision of Paula Bloomfield, Joshua Hazelwood & Ben Clulee. She has a busy practice and accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ practice areas, including Private and Public Law Children matters, Financial Remedies, and Family Law Act proceedings.
