Sarah Giles and Stephen Williams qualify as Arbitrators
(Children Scheme)

18 May 2026 SW SJG

All at Chambers are delighted to announce that both Sarah Giles and Stephen Williams have qualified as IFLA Arbitrators under the Children Scheme as we continue to strengthen our Alternative Dispute Resolution Service offering.

Sarah can be instructed to arbitrate in private law children cases whilst Stephen can be instructed in both private law children and financial remedy matters following completion of the financial scheme training earlier this year.

Arbitration is a viable, cost-effective alternative to court proceedings and is entered into voluntarily by both parties who will agree in advance that the decision made by the arbitrator is binding upon them. Arbitration can also be used by parties to decide on discrete points.

Both Sarah and Stephen are available to instruct as an Arbitrator immediately – please contact our Senior Clerk, Tim Smith for more details on the process as well as their availability and fees.
