Judicial Appointment

We are delighted to announce that Zoe Henry has been appointed as a Circuit Judge. Zoe has been deployed to the Midland Circuit to sit at Lincoln County Court.

All at St. Mary’s offer our warmest congratulations to Zoe on her appointment and wish her the very best with this next stage of her career.

Zoe completed her pupillage in 2011, and practiced exclusively in Family Law dealing with both public and private law Children matters for many years, before joining St. Mary’s in 2024. Zoe has consistently been recognised in both the Legal 500 and the Chambers Guide to the Bar as a leading individual. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2022, sitting on the Midland Circuit.

Commenting on Zoe’s appointment, Head of Chambers Claire Howell said:
