Our growing team welcomes interest from specialist family law barristers looking for a change or solicitors interested in transferring to the Bar.

We have a long-term recruitment policy which aims to improve the current range of services and choice of barristers available to our clients. We are therefore seeking applications from specialist family barristers of the highest calibre, and barristers who practise in a different area of law but wish to specialise in family work.

We welcome applications from specialist family law solicitors who are looking to make the move to the Bar. We have assisted several solicitors in making the move over to the Bar and we can provide practical advice and guidance where needed.

We offer an extremely competitive expenses structure, which includes a package of reduced rent for the first year. While we are based in the Midlands, our technology and highly efficient administration mean that our barristers do not need to live near chambers.
