Helen Knott led by Brendan Roche KC in the High Court
Helen Knott was recently led by Brendan Roche KC (7BR) in a case before Lieven J acting on behalf of one of the parents and instructed by Nelsons Solicitors.
Lieven J decided, in agreement with the submissions of the parents', that it was not necessary to hold a fact finding hearing in a case which involved injuries to a young baby. The local authority's application for permission to appeal was dismissed by Peter Jackson LJ.
